Webinar – Digital Literacy Series: “Internet Security”
A free, four-part webinar series to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), their parents and support workers build skills for today’s digital world
The Arc of Illinois will host part two of its digital literacy series “Internet Security” on April 14 from 10 to 11 a.m.
Join The Arc of Illinois’ Senior Community Mobilization Manager, Jennifer Thibodeaux Sands, to gain important tips to help you stay safe while having fun on the internet.
In this session, Jennifer will help participants:
- Learn why staying safe on the internet is important
- Practice ways to remain safe while having fun on the internet
The webinar series is free. You can register for as many sessions as you would like to attend.
The information is for individuals with IDD, but parents and support workers are highly encouraged to attend.
