Join Mental Health America (MHA) for “Navigating the Ups and Downs of Caregiving: Managing Stress and Finding Support” on Nov. 18 from 1 to 2 p.m.

Being a caregiver can be one of the most meaningful yet challenging roles someone can take on. Balancing the emotional toll, added responsibilities and caring for others while also taking care of yourself can sometimes feel overwhelming.

Explore the mental health impacts of caregiving and everyday stressors with speakers:

  • Creative director, Care Out Loud and former caregiver, Morgan Koetting

This session will include:
