A free webinar series for families and professionals providing foundational resources and tools to support and improve transition planning and outcomes

Join the National Technical Assistance Center on Transition: The Collaborative (NTACT:C) for this two-part “Pathways to Possibilities” webinar series.

Youth with disabilities, their families and professionals will learn about key resources, strategies and support for transition planning across the different stakeholder groups.

The series will begin with “Part 1: The Essentials – A Cross-Roles Guide to NTACT: C’s Greatest Hits” on July 31 from 1 to 2 p.m.

Participants will explore resources that support quality transition planning across stakeholder groups. From assessment tools to interagency collaboration frameworks, this session will provide an introduction to:

• Using NTACT:C resources to support effective secondary transition planning for youth with disabilities
• Understanding how various stakeholder groups can use these resources to promote informed planning and self-determination
• Navigating the NTACT:C website to locate essential resources aligned with each stakeholder’s role in the transition process
• Using NTACT:C tools to help foster interagency collaboration and shared responsibility in transition planning
