Make new friends and have fun at this back-to-school picnic for families with children who are deaf and hard of hearing

Join Illinois Hands & Voices Guide By Your Side for the “Back to School Family Picnic” on Aug. 23 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Main Park North Pavilion in Frankfort.

Bring your lunch and spend time relaxing with other families with children who are deaf and hard of hearing.

Activities will include:

• Making new friends
• Games and freebies for the kids
• Sharing back-to-school tips and resources

Water and desserts will be provided.
