Caring for a loved one with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) can be incredibly challenging and isolating.
CAN hosts Dakota Heath and Nichole Goble will help participants navigate the complexities of PTSD with greater resilience and support.
Caregivers will gain practical tools and compassionate guidance on:
- Common PTSD symptoms like flashbacks, emotional numbing, or angry outbursts
- How to talk to doctors
- Ways to address caregiver stress and isolation
- How to connect with free peer-to-peer support through Kindly Human (available in English and Spanish)
