Free celebration at Attucks Park for families with young children in Carbondale

Join the Southern Illinois Chapter of the Association for the Education of Young Children (ILAEYC) and the Carbondale Community Cabinet for Children and Youth for Children’s Day in the Park on April 5 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Have fun and help kick off the Week of the Young Child at Attucks Park!

Bring your children and have fun:

  • Playing games
  • Enjoying the outdoors
  • Meeting other families
  • Browsing booths and talking to agency representatives about resources
