In-Person Support Group for Families of Young Children with Disabilities in Freeburg
A monthly opportunity for families of young children with disabilities to find support, encouragement and learn from one another
STAR NET Region IV hosts a free, monthly in-person support group for families of young children with disabilities at Freeburg Township Center, 203 S. Richland St., in Freeburg.
The group meets on the last Thursday of each month from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Check-in will begin at 5:30 p.m.
Early Childhood Special Education Family Professional Development Specialist Sheri Kraus leads this group. Area families can:
- Learn from one another
- Find support
- Share encouragement
- Build friendships
This support group is for adults only. Family members are welcome to attend any or all of the meetings.

STAR NET Region IV will email registrants to confirm their request about three weeks before the session. The email will give important instructions for participants to review before the day of the session.
