“Illumination 2024 – Sensory Friendly Night” at the Morton Arboretum

Celebrate the holidays and enjoy a sensory-friendly evening filled with lights and beauty

The Morton Arboretum will host “Illumination 2024 – Sensory Friendly Night” on Dec. 3 from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. The last entry will be 8 p.m.

Celebrate the holidays and explore how light transforms the Morton Arboretum landscape.

This festive, sensory-friendly experience for all ages will feature:

• Smaller groups and limited capacity
• Static lights and music at low volume
• A 1-mile path that is fully Americans With Disabilities Act-compliant
• A fire and roasting marshmallows for s’mores

Participants can also stop in one of the concession tents for snacks and beverages along the Illumination trail.

Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 4 to 17.
