A special morning of play for families with children with disabilities

The Chicago Children’s Museum (CCM) invites children with disabilities and their families to “Play for All” on June 1 from 10 to 11 a.m.

Experience the Chicago Children’s Museum’s multisensory exhibits and activities one hour before opening. The museum opens to the public at 11 a.m.

Activities will also include visiting with Chicago Shakespeare Theater actors and actresses. They will be sharing about “Corduroy,” the story of a teddy bear missing his button who embarks on an adventure, learning about friendship and acceptance along the way.  The theater will present a sensory-freindly performance of Corduroy on July 10.

Play for All is open to families with children with disabilities and CCM members. Families are welcome to stay and continue exploring the museum all day.

See the Play for All flyer for more details and upcoming dates.

The first 250 families with children with disabilities who register will receive free admission.

Register for Play for All on the museum’s website. You must sign up to attend.
