Rockford Park District TR Teen Camp for Youth Ages 11 to 22
Day camp featuring fun, friendship and field trips for teens with disabilities ages 11 to 22
The Rockford Park District Therapeutic Recreation team and Northlands Association for Special Recreation offer a wide variety of community-based, inclusive day camps, recreational opportunities and more!
Join the Rockford Park District Therapeutic Recreation program for “TR Teen Camp” from June 17 to Aug. 5. Weekly sessions will run Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.
Sessions in June will run on:
- June 17-21
- June 24-28
TR Teen Camp is a fun and interactive day camp for teens ages 11 to 22. Teens will be grouped by age to ensure everyone has a safe and successful summer.
Each week will offer a different theme and activities relating to that theme. Teens will have fun building skills and exploring new experiences, including:
- Zumba
- Yoga
- Arts and crafts
- Going on field trips
- Group games and more!
The camp is $160 per week for residents/ $190 for non-residents.
