Is My Child Eligible?

We are able to help children who are residents of Illinois with certain chronic conditions.

We help children with conditions such as cerebral palsy, epilepsy, hearing loss and technology-dependent children requiring in-home nursing care.  This is just a small sample of the types of conditions that are eligible.

If you don’t yet have a clear diagnosis for your child, we can help you get testing through our enrolled providers.
