Wheelchair Accessible Skate Session in Edwardsville
Free wheelchair accessible skate session for people of all ages who use a wheelchair or stroller
The city of Edwardsville’s R.P. Lumber Center will host a wheelchair accessible skate session on April 21 from noon to 2 p.m.
Wheelchair and stroller users, come take a whirl on the ice!
R.P. Lumber Center is committed to providing fun, safe and accessible opportunities for everyone. It opened in June 2022 and features a state-of-the-art NHL regulation-size ice rink, fitness room, teen center and community meeting space.
The wheelchair accessible session is free for anyone using wheeled devices. Admission for individuals accompanying them is:
- $7 for residents in Edwardsville School District 7
- $9 for non-residents of District 7
Skate rental is $3 for anyone not using a wheeled device.
