A free webinar for parents and caregivers on transition planning and meaningful assessments for youth with disabilities

Family Matters Parent Training & Information Center’s Transition Webinar Series wraps up with “Supported Decision-Making” on March 8.

Participants may register for either:

• A daytime session from 12 to 1 p.m.
• An evening session from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

There are many important decisions to make alongside youth with disabilities as they become adults.

Participants will explore Supported Decision-Making (SDM). Topics will include:

• SDM definition
• How it compares to guardianship
• Transition to adulthood tools and resources
