Family Matters Parent Training & Information Center’s Transition Webinar Series continues with “Post-Secondary Outcomes for Youth: Real Stories” on Feb. 8.

Participants may register for either :

• A daytime session from 12 to 1 p.m.
• An evening session from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

What goals and dreams does your child or student have for the future? Do you feel unsure or curious about the opportunities available?

This session will focus on real stories of youth and adults with significant support needs pursuing:

• Fulfilling opportunities across employment
• Post-secondary education and training
• Independent living
