PACER Center invites you to “What’s Next: Parent Action, Accountability and Resolving Differences” on Aug. 30 from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
Parents and caregivers will learn the importance of their role, how to voice disagreements or concerns at any time within the process, and how to resolve differences or disagreements.
Topics will include:
- The importance of the Prior Written Notice (PWN)
- Dispute resolution
- Processes available to parents
- Additional ways to be involved in special education
