Webinar – “Imagine the Possibilities”

A free webinar on inclusion, building confidence and work skills, community employment and how to partner with employers to successfully impact a change of person-centered practices and employment of people with disabilities

Join the Ray Graham Association for “Imagine the Possibilities” on Oct. 21 from 5 – 7 p.m.

Although the idea of inclusion and community employment are gaining ground across the country, some people, especially those with more significant disabilities, still do not see community services and employment as viable options.

Spend an hour imagining the possibilities and learning how you can support and impact a change in person-centered practices and employment for people with disabilities.

Presenters Sara Murphy with WorkLink, Pride Industries and a self-advocate will share about their approach and success in supporting, securing employment and partnering with employers. Participants will hear about how:

• Using a  “strengths, not deficits” approach is changing the way people see themselves and working
• Overcoming employment barriers and having a job has changed their life
• Pride Industries is following its passion to hire people with disabilities and ways to connect with them if you’re seeking employment
