Most of us have never lived through a pandemic and are now experiencing pandemic fatigue and continued uncertainty.
Join presenter Barbara Doyle to learn about simple, low or no-cost strategies that focus on improving your home life so that everyone feels safe and can thrive.
Webinar discussion will include:
- Targeting and managing the things we can control
- Increasing predictability using calendars and rewards creatively for all family members
- Exploring media exposure, its effects and how to manage it
- Practicing strategies to identify and reduce stress before it gets out of hand
Doyle is a nationally known author, teacher, trainer, keynote presenter and consultant whose focus has centered on children and adults with a wide range of developmental and intellectual disabilities. She is also a family member of eight people with disabilities and has worked extensively with schools, families, universities, the child welfare system and other service providers and agencies.
