Vaccination Clinic for Individuals With Disabilities in Itasca
Offering the Pfizer vaccine for individuals with disabilities and their caregivers
The Itasca Park District is hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic on April 20.
The clinic is primarily for individuals with disabilities and their caregivers.
The eligibility requirements are:
- A person with a disability or their caregiver who is 16 years old or older
- A senior age 65 or older
- A person with a medical condition who is 16 years or older
The second dose of the vaccine will be given on May 11.
If you meet the above criteria, please call the Itasca Park District at (630) 773-2257 to schedule an appointment. Spots are limited.

If you would like to be vaccinated in your vehicle or are in need of other accommodations, please notify park district staff when booking your appointment.
