Statewide ISD Outreach Parent Meetups for Families with Children Who Are Deaf or Hard of Hearing
Free in-person meetups at locations statewide for families with children who are deaf or hard of hearing
The Illinois School for the Deaf Outreach will host in-person meetups on May 11. Participants can choose from four statewide location sites:
- Bloomington/Normal
- Marion
- Wheeling
- Cicero
The face-to-face, informal gatherings are for families with children who are deaf or hard of hearing. They will offer opportunities for:
- Playing and socializing with other children who are deaf or hard of hearing
- Networking and making connections with other families
- Learning about resources
- Having fun
