Plan ahead to secure your child’s financial future.

The Family Resource Center on Disabilities will provide  a case study to help you review the range of family supports related to adult life in the community. Guest speakers share their expertise regarding resources for financial and estate planning. During the session, you will also begin to write a “letter of intent” that provides future caregivers with guidance in understanding the needs and desires of your young adult with special healthcare needs.
