Self-care is so important for moms and caregivers. Moms of children with disabilities are invited to take a break, meet others and relax.

“Mom’s Morning Out” will feature:

  • Yoga and meditation with local instructor Kara Schabacker
  • Self-care strategies to squeeze in as time and opportunities allow
  • Make-it-take-it materials focusing on your healing journey

Kara has more than 13 years of training and experience as a yoga teacher. She uses yoga as a preventative approach to healing, mental health and well-being.
