Heart of Illinois Congenital Heart Defect Walk in Peoria

Outdoor community event raising awareness to empower families, children and adults living with congenital heart defects

Join OSF Healthcare Foundation and the Congenital Heart Center for the “2024 Heart of Illinois Congenital Heart Walk (CHD)” on June 9 from 1 to 3:30 p.m.

The Heart of Illinois CHD walk is a fun, uplifting, family-oriented, non-competitive walk to raise funds and awareness about congenital heart defects.

Participants will enjoy:

• Celebrating local heart heroes
• Rallying and networking with co-workers, friends, family and community groups
• Learning about community resources
• Raising awareness and funds to empower families, children and adults living with congenital heart defects

Our Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) team members will be there to explain our programs for children and youth with special healthcare needs and their families. Please stop by our table to say “hi,” pick up information and ask questions.
