DESCRIPTION:Outdoor community event raising awareness to empower families\,
  children and adults living with congenital heart defects\n\nJoin OSF Heal
 thcare Foundation and the Congenital Heart Center for the "2024 Heart of I
 llinois Congenital Heart Walk (CHD)" on June 9 from 1 to 3:30 p.m.\n\nThe 
 Heart of Illinois CHD walk is a fun\, uplifting\, family-oriented\, non-co
 mpetitive walk to raise funds and awareness about congenital heart defects
 .\n\nParticipants will enjoy:\n\n 	Celebrating local heart heroes\n 	Rally
 ing and networking with co-workers\, friends\, family and community groups
 \n 	Learning about community resources\n 	Raising awareness and funds to e
 mpower families\, children and adults living with congenital heart defects
 \n\nOur Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) team members will
  be there to explain our programs for children and youth with special hea
