Can’t make it to your doctor’s office during regular hours for your child’s school or sports physical?

OSF Medical Group – Pediatrics at 2806 N. Knoxville Ave. in Peoria is offering school and sports physicals on June 24 from 4 to 8 p.m. on a walk-in basis.

You do not need to be an existing OSF patient to get a school or sports physical.

To better serve you and plan ahead, OSF asks participants to register ahead of time on the OSF HealthCare website.
