Celebration for families of children with special needs.

Florissa is hosting its annual Fall Family Fest on Oct. 24 from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event is for families of children with special needs.

Activities include pumpkin decorating and making friendship bracelets.

Families may bring a picnic lunch to enjoy before or after the event.  Water and prepackaged s’mores will be provided at the Lions Shelter on the Rock River.

Registration is required by emailing Lois at bernhartl@kreiderservices.org or by calling Janet at (815) 288-1905.

This even will follow COVID-19 guidelines, including face masks, social distancing and sanitizing between activities.  A screening will be conducted prior to joining the group.
