“Everyone at Play” at Kohl Children’s Museum of Greater Chicago
A free morning of museum exploration for children with special needs and their families.
The “Everyone at Play” event takes place at Kohl Children’s Museum of Greater Chicago in Glenview from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Feb. 17.
During the event, children and their families will have access to all exhibits. Museum staff and volunteers will be available for play support and guidance.
The event will include a fun-filled morning of museum exploration for children and families as well as a quiet room for stimulation breaks. Rainbow Animal Assisted Therapy will be available for one-on-one sessions with the dogs and to answer any questions about dog safety.

Kohl Children’s Museum was specifically designed to be inclusive of all children and adults. The museum’s 17 exhibits and 2 acres of outdoor explorations are designed for play with a purpose and encourage linguistic, cognitive, motor and social skills for children ages birth through 8.
