Elks Free Orthopedic Clinic for Children and Youth in Normal

A free orthopedic assessment clinic for children and youth with bone and joint development concerns

The Illinois Elks Children’s Care Corporation’s free orthopedic clinic will be on Sept. 2 from 1 to 2 p.m.

The clinic is at Cortese Foot & Ankle Clinic, 1607 Visa Dr., Suite 5b, in Normal.

Dr. Steven Yescheck will assess pediatric bone and joint development. The clinic is for children and youth up to age 18. No medical referral is necessary.

Consider making an appointment if your child has:

• Feet pointing out or in
• Complains of back, knee, leg and/or ankle pain
• A back curvature

Physicians are welcome to refer patients to the clinic for a specific reason or second opinion.

There are no charges for any services performed at the clinic, but an appointment is required to be seen. To make an appointment, call the Elks Children’s Care Program at (800) 272-0074 on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

The Elks provide 17 clinic locations throughout Illinois and offer financial assistance to the best of their ability for children needing further treatment or specialty equipment when the family lacks sufficient resources.
