Elks Free Children’s Orthopedic Clinic in Flora
A free orthopedic clinic for children and youth
The Illinois Elks Children’s Care Program is sponsoring a free children’s orthopedic clinic on May 4 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
The clinic with Dr. Dr. Julko Fullup will be at Clay County Flora Medical Center, 929 Burk Drive, in Flora. The exam is free but you must have an appointment.
The clinic is for children and youth up to age 18. It is an ideal time to have a child checked for any bone and joint development concerns, including:
- An uncorrectable deformity
- Complaints of back, knee, leg or ankle pain
- A back curvature
There are no charges for any services performed at the clinic.
No medical referral is necessary for the clinic. Physicians are welcome to refer patients to the clinic for a specific reason or second opinion.
The Elks Organization has worked with children with physical challenges since 1928.
The Elks provide 17 clinic locations throughout Illinois and offer financial assistance to the best of their ability for children needing further treatment or specialty equipment when the family lacks sufficient resources.
