Elevate Your Wellness Expo in Lincoln

Free community event providing fun and area resources for improving your overall health

The Lincoln Park District will host the “Elevate Your Wellness Expo” on March 1 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

The expo is open to anyone who wants to learn more about area resources for mental and physical wellness.

Activities will include:

• Participating in demonstrations
• Speaking with local health and wellness professionals
• Learning about a wide variety of community resources

Be sure to stop by the Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) table! Our representative will happily answer your questions and share how our programs help children and youth with special healthcare needs and their families.

The expo is free. You do not need to register to attend.
