Back-to-School Immunization Clinics in Sullivan for Moultrie County students

The Moultrie County Health Department is providing Back-to-School Immunization Clinics on a variety of dates in August. The next clinic will be held on Aug. 10 from 1 to 4 p.m.

Clinics are also scheduled for Aug. 15, 16, 17, 24, 29 and 31. September dates are also available. See the health department website for the complete schedule.

Clinics are at the Moultrie County Health Department, 202 S. Main, Sullivan.

On the day of your appointment, participants should arrive 10 minutes early to register and complete paperwork.
