ASL Holiday Story Time in Schaumburg

Families can visit with Signing Santa and his elves.

Join both the McLakes Chapter and the Illinois Association of the Deaf (IAD) for ASL Holiday Story Time on Dec. 2, featuring Signing Santa and his elves, special craft activities and holiday stories from around the world.

This free event provides an opportunity for deaf and hard of hearing children to be told holiday stories in their language (ASL) and for parents to learn more about IAD and the McLakes Chapter of IAD, which serves the northwest Chicago suburbs and surrounding communities.
