Adaptive Yoga for Families in Auburn
A series of upbeat, ability-accommodated yoga classes for families, caregivers and their children of all ages
Bewitching Botanicals with WholeSelf Healing Yoga & Meditation is hosting “Adaptive Yoga for Families” on May 28 from 10 to 11 a.m. The class will be held each Saturday morning through June 11 at Bewitching Botanicals, 415 W. Madison St., in Auburn.
Join this upbeat class and learn how to move in the bodies we were given together! This class is will be geared toward a yogi and their support person. Siblings and/or additional support persons of all ages are welcome.
You do not have to attend all of the classes to participate. Individuals are welcome to join any of the classes that will fit into their schedules.
Each class is $15 per yogi and support and $5 for each additional person. Payment may be made in person or online via cash or card.
Mats and props will be available to use. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one.
