An in-person conference for students with Down syndrome for parents, caregivers and professionals on building a meaningful education experience for students with Down syndrome
The Down Syndrome Association of Greater St. Louis (DSAGSL) will host its Education Conference on Oct. 12 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The DSAGSL Education Conference will provide training and support to parents, caregivers and professionals seeking to build a meaningful education experience for students with Down syndrome.
Guest speakers will cover topics including:
- Behavior strategies
- Home and school connections
- Individualized Education Programs (IEP)
- Communication and more
DSAGSL serves, supports and celebrates the lives of individuals with Down syndrome and their families through every stage of life.
Lunch will be provided.
The workshop is $25 per person to attend. Scholarships are available.
