The Moultrie County Health Department is providing Back-to-School Immunization Clinics on a variety of dates in August. Clinics will take place on Aug. 24, 29 and 31. September dates are also available.

The clinics are at the Moultrie County Health Department, 202 S. Main, in Sullivan.

On the day of your appointment, participants should arrive 10 minutes early to register and complete paperwork.
