Kids in the Kitchen Event in Springfield

Area kids and their families invited to learn about making healthy choices.

The Junior League of Springfield is hosting this free event for children in grades kindergarten through fifth at the Downtown Springfield YMCA.

Kids in the Kitchen aims to empower youth to make healthy lifestyle choices and help reverse the growth of childhood obesity and its associated health issues.
