Discover products and services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This event supports  individuals and/or families of individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities looking for available resources. Professionals and providers seeking information about resources and information to share with their families are also welcome.

Presentations include:

  • Sherri Schneider: hear about benefits including SSI, SSDI, Medicaid and Medicare, what they pay for, how they change over time, and maintaining eligibility.
  • Mary Spriggs Ploessl: learn about options through the Department of Human Services’ home-based supports and community integrated living arrangements.
  • Tasha Whiteside and Craig Morrison: find out about payroll management for Medicaid recipients and their caregivers.

This event is free for families. Professionals can receive continuing education credits with registration fee. Lunch is provided.
