  • Providing and Receiving Respite Care Safely During the COVID-19 Pandemic

    The ARCH National Respite Network and Resource Center provides these voluntary national guidelines for “Providing and Receiving Respite Care Safely during the COVID-19 Pandemic.”

    The guidelines provided in this document are designed to assist providers as well as family caregivers with careful and thoughtful planning and implementation strategies to provide and receive respite care as safely as possible during the COVID-19 pandemic.

  • Envision Unlimited

    Envision Unlimited provides in-home respite to individuals with a diagnosed developmental disability.

    It currently serves the following counties: Adams, Brown, Champaign, Cook, DeWitt, Fulton, Knox, Livingston, Logan, Macon, Mason, McLean, Morgan, Moultrie, Peoria, Pike, Sangamon, Scott, and Tazewell. More details are at www.envisionunlimited.org/in-home_respite.

  • COVID-19 Virtual Care Program

    The COVID-19 Virtual Care Program helps people with COVID-19 symptoms recover safely at home. It offers medical education, symptom checking and 24/7 support virtually via a mobile app or website for a period of 14 days. Eligible participants may also receive a free home medical kit that may include a thermometer, blood pressure machine, pulse oximeter and masks.

    This program is open to all Illinois residents over the age of 12 months who have known exposure to COVID-19 or who have COVID-like symptoms.
