Provider Portal
Coming soon: DSCC’s all-in-one Provider Portal and NurseNet system will simplify claims management and nurse staffing.
We’re excited to announce the launch of our new, centralized claims and provider management system on May 12, 2025. This enhanced platform brings together NurseNet and the new Provider Portal into a single, streamlined solution designed to make managing claims easier and more efficient.
We look forward to providing you with a more efficient and user-friendly experience. If your agency’s users have already registered for NurseNet, no further action is needed—they’re ready to go! If you haven’t registered yet, you can do so anytime by clicking the button below.

How does it affect me?
We designed our new Provider Portal with our providers in mind, ensuring each function supports how we manage claims and prior approvals. Its benefits include:
-
- Submitting Claims: Home Care nursing agencies can now submit nursing claims and explanations of benefits (EOBs) directly through the online portal. This new feature will streamline workflows for agencies still using paper or email claims, speeding up payments and reducing the time spent on administrative tasks.
- Reviewing Claims: Providers can review and monitor the status of submitted claims.
- Reviewing Vouchers/Remittances: Providers can view remittance details.
What do I need to do?
Beginning May 12, 2025, you will use the new Provider Portal to manage your claims. You don’t need to do anything else if your agency’s staff have registered for NurseNet. If your agency’s staff have not registered for NurseNet yet, follow these steps:
-
- Request Access: Complete and submit this Provider Portal Access form to your Nursing Agency Liaison to request access to NurseNet, Provider Portal, or both systems.
- Register Accounts: Each of the staff members listed on the form will register a new account on the Provider Portal using the same email address that was provided by the Administrative Representative.
- DSCC Verifies and Confirms: Within two business days, DSCC will confirm that new account registrations match the approved users. Once confirmed, DSCC will send a welcome email to the new user.
