We have a new centralized claims and provider management system to improve our claims process.

We’ve developed a new Provider Portal to improve how we handle claims, provider data and prior approvals.

No further action is necessary if your agency’s users have already registered for NurseNet. You can click on the button below to register for the new portal at any time:

The new Provider Portal claims tool will launch on May 12, 2025.

What is happening?

We are transitioning to a new portal that integrates with our existing NurseNet system. This update consolidates all Division of Specialized Care for Children (DSCC) tools into one centralized location.

The main change you’ll notice is the addition of new menu options for managing claims, which will appear once the new tool is launched.

When is it happening?

The new Provider Portal claims tools will launch on May 12, 2025. In the meantime, please continue to use our current Provider Portal.

How does it affect me?

If you currently use our existing Provider Portal for claims tools, you’ll transition to the new portal. No further action is necessary if your agency’s users have already registered for NurseNet. If your agency’s users have not registered for NurseNet yet, they may do so on the NurseNet login/sign-up page.

We designed our new Provider Portal with our providers in mind, ensuring each function supports how we manage claims and prior approvals. Its benefits include:

  • Submitting Claims: Home Care nursing agencies can now submit nursing claims and explanations of benefits (EOBs) directly through the online portal. This new feature will streamline workflows for agencies still using paper or email claims, speeding up payments and reducing the time spent on administrative tasks.
  • Reviewing Claims: Providers can review and monitor the status of submitted claims.
  • Reviewing Vouchers/Remittances: Providers can view remittance details.

What do I need to do?

To ensure a smooth transition to the new Provider Portal, we’ve prepared a range of resources to support providers:

  • You will have access 24/7 to tutorials covering the portal’s features and functions.
  • We also have a tip sheet that includes frequently asked questions, a glossary of terms and quick reference guides to help you easily navigate the system.
