YMCA Camp Independence of Metro Chicago Session 6

Overnight camp for youth ages 14 to 19 with spina bifida and other neurological disabilities

Camp Independence is run by the YMCA of Metro Chicago in association with the Illinois Spina Bifida Association. Session 6 is scheduled for July 17 to 22.

Campers will have fun playing sports, creating arts and crafts, singing around the campfire, boating and making new friends. Campers are encouraged to actively participate in their own care and continued development of independence. Activities are designed to promote confidence, cooperation and success.

This session is for youth ages 14 to 19.
