Webinar – “Transition from Early Intervention to Preschool”

The Illinois School for the Visually Impaired (ISVI) is hosting a free webinar for families and professionals on the transition from Early Intervention to preschool for children with eye conditions.

The presentation is scheduled for 10 a.m. on Dec. 11.

The transition from Early Intervention to preschool can be overwhelming and unknown. Speaker Lisa Tabaka will discuss:

• Next steps
• The difference between individualized family service plan (IFSP) and individualized education program (IEP)
• The process of determining eligibility for services
• What school days look like
