Webinar – “Transition Assessments for Youth with Complex Support Needs”

A free webinar for parents and caregivers on transition planning and meaningful assessments for youth with disabilities

Family Matters Parent Training & Information Center’s Transition Webinar Series kicks off with “Transition Assessments for Youth with Complex Support Needs” on Nov. 9.

Participants may register for either :

• A daytime session from 12 to 1 p.m.
• An evening session from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

This session will provide examples of transition assessments for youth with significant support needs and the strategies to implement them.

One key component of transition planning for youth with disabilities is providing access to meaningful and appropriate transition assessments.

Participants will leave this session with tools and strategies to support youth.
