Free opportunity to learn about the PATH (Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope) process for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

The Illinois Life Span Program  of the Arc of Illinois is hosting a free lunchtime webinar entitled “The PATH to Real Person-Centered Solutions.” The webinar is scheduled for 12 p.m. Feb. 11.

Learn about the PATH (Planning Alternative Tomorrows with Hope) process for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and why person-centered planning is at the heart of a self-directed quality of life.

PATH is a visual, supportive process that provides individuals with disabilities and their circle of support a rich, future-based plan based on the individuals’ gifts and talents, preferences, and needs.

This session not only helps participants understand the steps of the process but how it has affected lives and organizations. If you’re already familiar with PATH and MAPS, this session will include updates and new tools.

Participants may sign up online on the webinar registration page.

After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
