The Family Resource Center on Disabilities’ Parent Training and Information Center is presenting a Lunch & Learn Webinar at 12 p.m. Sept. 16 about “Special Education: What Parents Need to Know During the COVID-19 Pandemic.”

The webinar will provide an overview of the individualized education program (IEP) process and how to navigate it during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The presenters will discuss:

• Evaluation process
• IEPs
• Least restrictive environment (LRE)
• Procedural safeguards
• Special education and remote learning
