Webinar – “Special Education Rights: Discipline and IDEA”

A free webinar focusing on the discipline process for children receiving special education services and their rights under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA)

The Family Resource Center on Disabilities (FRCD) is hosting “Special Education Rights: Discipline and IDEA” on July 30 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

This training will explain the discipline process for children receiving special education services and their rights in regards to in-school suspensions, classroom removal and expulsion.

It will also cover disciple and students rights under IDEA.
