The Family Resource Center on Disabilities (FRCD) is hosting “Procedural Safeguards: Protections Under IDEA Training” on April 30 from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.

If your child is receiving special education services, then the Notice of Procedural Safeguards is one of the most important documents you will receive this year because it spells out your rights and responsibilities in the special education system.

This training will focus on the components of the Notice of Procedural Safeguards and will cover:
