A virtual, half-day workshop for families and caregivers planning for the future for young adults with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD)
Join The Arc of Illinois on Zoom for “Planning for the Future for Children and Adults with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities” on May 22 from 1 to 5 p.m.
This half-day webinar will focus on planning for the future needs of young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Sessions will include:
- 1 to 3 p.m. – “Special Needs Estate & Future Planning” presented by Brian Rubin and Benjamin Rubin with Rubin Law
- 3 to 3:15 p.m. – Break
- 3:15 to 4:15 p.m. – “Planning for the future with PUNS and Home Based Services” presented by Shirley Perez and Ruth Aguilar with The Arc of Illinois Ligas Family Advocate Program
- 4:15 to 5 p.m. – Topic and presenter information coming soon
Registration fees are:
- Parent/Family Member – $40
- Professional – $55
- Members of The Arc of Illinois receive a 10 percent discount.
