The Family Resource Center on Disabilities is hosting a free webinar in Spanish, “Plan de Transición,” from 6 to 8 p.m. on June 30.
The presentation will cover:
- What does a transition plan mean?
- What does a transition plan include and why is it written?
- What happens between ages 18 and 22, if it applies?
- What is the delegation of your rights?
