A free webinar for self-advocates and disability service providers who want to learn how to support survivors of abuse and help them get the services they need

Join Envision Illinois to learn about “Peer to Peer: Bridging the Gap through Self-Advocacy” on Dec. 8 from 10 to 11 a.m.

This webinar will provide information about the “Peer to Peer: Bridging the Gap through Self-Advocacy” curriculum. The program provides self-advocates with the information and tools needed to support survivors and serve as a”bridge” to connect them to community services.

The presentation will explain information and peer support skills through in-person learning labs and online virtual tracks on topics that include:

  • Domestic Violence (three classes)
  • Sexual Assault (three classes)
  • Justice (three classes)
