A free webinar series that features an open discussion with disability advocates on a wide range of topics related to the transition to adulthood
The webinar series “Our Disability Roadmap” continues with guest Maysoon Zayid on Jan. 13 from 2:30 to 4 p.m.
Samuel Habib, 23, is an aspiring filmmaker and community college student. He is pursuing a career as a filmmaker and presenter. Samual is co-director of the New York Times Op-Doc “My Disability Roadmap” with his father, Dan Habib, who also moderates this webinar series.
Maysoon Zayid is a comedian, actor and advocate for disability and Palestinian rights. She was born with cerebral palsy had the most viewed TED Talk of 2014. She has appeared on 60 Minutes, CNN, ABC News and Oprah Winfrey Networks. As a professional comedian, Maysoon has toured extensively at home and abroad.
Samuel and Maysoon will discuss a wide range of issues around transition, including:

- Relationships and sexuality
- Advocacy and more
