• The basics of sleep structure and sleep-wake regulation.

Patwari is an associate professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Rush University Medical College and recently published “Bedtime Workbook,” a collaborative work with her daughter to help parents connect with their children through coloring and mindfulness exercises.
