Learn about the many sides of sleep with the Director of Pediatric Sleep Medicine Program at Rush University Children’s Hospital Dr. Pallavi Patwari.
This webinar will include:
- The basics of sleep structure and sleep-wake regulation.
- Recognizing sleep disorders that cause sleep disruption.
- Unique challenges for managing sleep dysregulation in children with autism spectrum disorder
Patwari is an associate professor in the Department of Pediatrics at Rush University Medical College and recently published “Bedtime Workbook,” a collaborative work with her daughter to help parents connect with their children through coloring and mindfulness exercises.
